AMRAP Cardio Slam Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 200 Meter Run
  • 15 Slam Ball Over the Shoulder
  • 15 Burpees

Equipment: Slam Ball


Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of a 200 meter run, 15 slam ball over the shoulder, and 15 burpees. The goal is to keep moving and push yourself during the entire workout. Rest as needed, but try to minimize rest periods to keep intensity high.
