Cardio Kettlebell Tabata // Thursday - 2025.09.18

Tabata Cardio Kettlebell

Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) for each exercise:


  1. Kettlebell Swings
  2. Burpees
  3. Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  4. Mountain Climbers

Equipment:
- 1 Kettlebell
- Mat for Burpees


Instructions:
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next exercise. Complete 8 rounds of each exercise before moving on to the next. Rest 1 minute between exercises. Keep track of your total reps for each exercise and try to maintain or increase them throughout the workout.
