EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 15 Kettlebell Swings
  • Even minutes: 10 Burpees

Kettlebell Weight: Men 24kg / Women 16kg


Instructions: Perform 15 kettlebell swings at the start of each odd minute, then complete 10 burpees at the start of each even minute. Repeat this pattern for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the weight of the kettlebell as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
