EMOM Cardio Kettlebell

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 12 Kettlebell Swings
  • Even Minutes: 10 Burpees

Kettlebell Weight: Men 24kg / Women 16kg


Instructions: Perform 12 kettlebell swings at the start of each odd minute, then complete 10 burpees at the start of each even minute. Rest for the remainder of each minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the kettlebell weight as needed for your fitness level.
