Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
  • Alternating between:
    • Kettlebell Swings
    • Burpees
    • Mountain Climbers
    • Air Squats

Equipment:
- Kettlebell


Notes:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement.
- Complete all 8 rounds before moving to the next movement.
- Aim for max effort during each work interval.
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout.
