Tabata Cardio Peg BoardTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for each of the following movements:
- Rowing
- Assault Bike
- Burpees over the Rower
- Peg Board Climbs
Instructions:
Complete each Tabata round (8 rounds per movement) before moving on to the next movement. Rest 1 minute between movements. Score is total number of reps/calories accumulated across all 4 movements.
Notes:
Adjust the intensity of the movements to maintain maximum effort throughout each 20-second work interval. Monitor heart rate and pacing to sustain consistent output.
