Tabata Cardio Stationary Bike

Tabata Workout:


  • 8 Rounds (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) of:
    • Stationary Bike Sprint

Instructions:
- Set the stationary bike to a challenging resistance level.
- Sprint as hard as you can for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
- Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout each round.
