Tabata Cardio Wall Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort Wall Balls, 10 seconds rest
  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort Burpees, 10 seconds rest

Equipment:
- Wall Ball


Instructions:
Perform each Tabata interval (Wall Balls and Burpees) as fast and hard as possible during the 20-second work period, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next interval. Repeat this for a total of 8 rounds for each movement. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout to prevent injury.
