Tabata Cardio Wall Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort Wall Balls
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment: Wall Ball


Instructions: Perform as many Wall Balls as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Keep track of your total reps for each round to measure progress and intensity.
