Tabata Cardio Slam Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Slam Ball Overhead Throws
    • 10 seconds rest

Equipment:
- Slam Ball


Instructions:
Perform as many Slam Ball Overhead Throws as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on explosive power and speed during each interval.
