Tabata: (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds each)

  • Rowing
  • Assault Bike
  • Box Jumps

Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds for each movement. Score is total reps/calories completed across all movements. Adjust intensity as needed to maintain consistent effort throughout the workout.
