Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes per movement). The workout should take a total of 16 minutes. Make sure to push yourself during each 20-second work period and focus on maintaining good form throughout.
