Tabata Workout:


  • 8 Rounds (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) of:
    • GHD Sit-ups
    • Assault Bike

Instructions:
- Alternate between GHD Sit-ups and Assault Bike every 20 seconds for a total of 8 rounds.
- Push yourself during each 20-second interval, focusing on high intensity and effort.
- Rest for 10 seconds between each movement.
