Instructions:
Perform 20 seconds of bench press, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds. Then, immediately transition into 20 seconds of burpees, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds. Repeat this Tabata sequence for a total of 16 minutes.


Scoring:
Total reps completed for both bench press and burpees.
