Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each of the following:
    • Box Jumps
    • Burpees
    • Rowing
    • Double Unders

Instructions:
- Complete each exercise for 20 seconds at max effort, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next exercise.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds for each exercise.
- Score is total reps completed across all 4 movements.
