Instructions:
Every minute on the minute, complete 10 bench presses followed by 10 box jumps. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round. Adjust the weight on the bench press and height on the box jump to fit your skill level. The goal is to move quickly and efficiently through each round.
