  • 200 Meter Run
  • 15 GHD Back Extensions
  • 200 Meter Run

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 15 GHD Sit-ups, 200 Meter Run, 15 GHD Back Extensions, and another 200 Meter Run. Make sure to pace yourself to maintain intensity throughout the duration of the workout.
