  • 10 Burpees

Equipment: Slam Ball


Instructions: Perform 10 slam balls and 10 burpees within each minute. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round. This workout will challenge your cardiovascular endurance and overall conditioning. Adjust the reps if needed to maintain intensity throughout the 20 minutes.
