Equipment: Rowing machine, box, jump rope


Instructions: Complete the prescribed work within each minute and rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next movement. This workout will challenge your cardiovascular endurance and stamina. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the EMOM.
