  • 10 Barbell Thrusters
  • 10 Burpees over the Bar

Barbell: #95 / #65
Instructions: Perform 10 barbell thrusters and 10 burpees over the bar at the start of each minute, resting for the remainder of the minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust weight as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
