Instructions:
Complete 15 Wall Balls at the start of each odd minute, then hop on the rower and complete 12/10 calories during each even minute. Rest for the remainder of each minute before starting the next set. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the reps or calories as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
