Every Minute on the Minute for 20 Minutes:


  • Minute 1: 15 Bench Press
  • Minute 2: 10 Burpees
  • Minute 3: 15 Bench Dips
  • Minute 4: 10 Calorie Row

Instructions: Perform the designated reps of each exercise at the start of every minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust weights and reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
