Every Minute on the Minute for 20 minutes:
- 10 Wall Balls
- 10 Burpees


Equipment:
- Wall Ball


Instructions:
Perform 10 wall balls and 10 burpees at the start of every minute for 20 minutes. Rest for the remainder of each minute. Adjust the repetitions as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
