Tabata Cardio Slam Ball

  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each of the following:
    1. Slam Ball Overhead Lunges
    2. Slam Ball Russian Twists
    3. Slam Ball Burpees
    4. Slam Ball Sit-ups

Equipment: Slam Ball
Instructions: Complete each exercise for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds for each movement. Keep track of total reps completed for each exercise.
