Tabata Cardio Bench

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for each of the following movements:
    1. Bench Hops
    2. Burpees
    3. Bench Dips
    4. Mountain Climbers

Equipment:
- Bench


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds at max effort, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds in total, alternating between the 4 movements. The total workout time will be 16 minutes. Adjust intensity as needed to maintain consistent effort throughout the Tabata.
