AMRAP Cardio Rope

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 200m Run
  • 15 Double Unders
  • 10 Burpees

Equipment:
- Rope for Double Unders


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of a 200m run, 15 double unders, and 10 burpees. 200m run should be completed outside or on a treadmill. Scale double unders to single unders as needed.
