AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 200 meter Run
  • 15 Air Squats
  • 10 Burpees
  • 1 Rope Climb

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Run 200 meters, then perform 15 air squats, 10 burpees, and 1 rope climb before starting the next round. Keep track of your rounds and reps completed. Adjust the intensity as needed to maintain a steady pace throughout the workout.
