- 10 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
- 15 Box Jumps (24/20")
- 200m Run


Equipment: Bench, Box


Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes, alternating between the bench press, box jumps, and a 200m run. Make sure to pace yourself and push through the cardio component to maximize your rounds.
