Tabata Cardio Barbell

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort work, followed by 10 seconds of rest for each of the following movements:
    • Barbell thrusters
    • Burpees

Barbell Weight: #95 / #65


Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible of each movement in the 20-second work intervals, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. This workout will test your cardiovascular endurance and muscular endurance.
