  • 15/12 Calorie Row

Instructions:
- Every minute on the minute, complete 10 bench presses and then row for 15/12 calories. Rest for the remainder of the minute.
- Adjust the weight on the bench press as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
- Push the pace on the row to challenge your cardiovascular system.
