AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 GHD Sit-ups
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20")
  • 200 Meter Run

Notes:
- Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes.
- Scale GHD Sit-ups to regular Sit-ups if needed.
- Choose a box height that allows for explosive jumps.
- Push the pace on the runs to keep the intensity high.
