EMOM Cardio DumbbellEvery Minute on the Minute (EMOM) for 20 minutes:
- 10 Dumbbell Thrusters
- 10 Burpees
Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
Instructions: Start each minute with 10 dumbbell thrusters, then complete 10 burpees. Rest for the remainder of the minute, then start the next round at the top of the minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes.
Tip: Pace yourself to maintain a consistent effort over the 20-minute duration. Adjust the weight as needed to keep good form.
