  • 400 Meter Run
  • 40 Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 30 Dumbbell Burpees
  • 400 Meter Run

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
