- 50 Kettlebell Swings
- 400 Meter Run
- 40 Box Jumps
- 400 Meter Run
- 30 Kettlebell Snatches
- 400 Meter Run
- 20 Burpees
- 400 Meter Run
- 10 Kettlebell Goblet Squats


Kettlebell Weight: 24kg/16kg
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Perform each exercise in order, completing all reps before moving on to the next. The 400 meter run is to be completed after each movement. Push yourself to keep a steady pace throughout the chipper.
