  • 400 Meter Run
  • 40 Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 30 Dumbbell Box Step-ups
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 20 Dumbbell Burpees
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 10 Dumbbell Devil's Press

Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for proper form
Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Complete all reps of each exercise before moving on to the next. The 400 meter run should be completed after each exercise. Adjust the weight of the dumbbell as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
