Tabata Cardio Medicine Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement:
    1. Medicine Ball Slams
    2. Burpees
    3. Box Jumps
    4. Rowing (Calories)

Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds per movement. Score is total reps/calories accumulated across all movements.


Equipment:
- Medicine Ball
- Box
- Rower


Notes:
Adjust the weight of the medicine ball and the height of the box to suit your fitness level. Push yourself during the work intervals and try to maintain consistent effort throughout the Tabata.
