    • 20 seconds of max effort on the stationary bike
    • 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
- Set the stationary bike to a resistance level that challenges you.
- Push yourself to go all out during the 20 seconds of work.
- Rest for the full 10 seconds to allow for maximum effort in each round.
- Complete 8 total rounds for a total workout time of 4 minutes.
