Tabata Cardio Stationary Bike

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort on the stationary bike
    • 10 seconds rest

Instructions:
- Set the stationary bike to a challenging resistance level for maximum effort sprints during the 20-second intervals.
- Push yourself to maintain a high intensity throughout each round.
- Rest for 1 minute between each Tabata round.
- Complete a total of 4 Tabata rounds for a total workout time of 16 minutes.
