- 10 Burpees
- 10 Box Jumps
- 5 Peg Board Climbs
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes. Run 200m, then perform 10 burpees, 10 box jumps, and 5 peg board climbs before running another 200m. Keep moving and push yourself to go as fast as possible while maintaining good form. Adjust movements or reps as needed to scale the workout to your fitness level.
