Tabata Cardio Rope

Tabata:
- Double-unders
- Burpees


Instructions:
Perform 20 seconds of double-unders, followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds. Then, immediately transition into 20 seconds of burpees, followed by 10 seconds of rest for another 8 rounds. Rest for 1 minute between each movement. Repeat for a total of 2 cycles.
