Tabata Cardio Slam Ball

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
- 1 minute rest between each movement


Movements:
1. Slam Ball Overhead Lunges
2. Slam Ball Russian Twists
3. Slam Ball Burpees


Instructions:
- Alternate between each movement for 8 rounds of Tabata
- Complete all 8 rounds of one movement before moving on to the next
- Rest 1 minute between each movement
- Choose a challenging weight for the slam ball to keep intensity high
