AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 200 Meter Run
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 10 Toes to Bar
  • 5 Rope Climbs

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Make sure to pace yourself on the runs to conserve energy for the other movements.
