Tabata Cardio Box

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of Air Bike, followed by 10 seconds of rest
  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of Box Jumps, followed by 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Box
- Air Bike


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, aiming for max effort during each work interval. Rest for 10 seconds between each round. Alternate between Air Bike and Box Jumps for a total of 16 rounds (8 rounds of each movement).


Scoring:
Total reps completed for both movements.
