Tabata Cardio Rig

Tabata:


  • Assault Bike (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)
  • Rowing Machine (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)

Instructions:
Perform each Tabata round alternating between Assault Bike and Rowing Machine. Push yourself to maintain a high intensity throughout each 20-second work interval. Rest for 10 seconds between rounds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds per exercise.
