EMOM Cardio Slam BallEMOM for 20 minutes:
- 10 Slam Balls
- 10 Burpees
Equipment: Slam Ball
Instructions: Perform 10 Slam Balls and 10 Burpees at the start of every minute for 20 minutes. Rest for the remainder of each minute. Adjust weight and reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
