    • GHD Machine Sit-ups
    • Assault Bike Sprints

Instructions:
- Alternate between 20 seconds of max effort GHD Machine Sit-ups and 20 seconds of max effort Assault Bike Sprints.
- Rest for 10 seconds between each round.
- Complete 8 total rounds for a total of 16 minutes.
- Score is total reps/calories accumulated throughout all rounds.
