- 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off on the stationary bike
Instructions:
- Set the stationary bike to a challenging resistance level
- Push yourself to maintain a high intensity throughout each 20-second interval
- Rest for the 10-second intervals to catch your breath and prepare for the next round

- Make sure to properly warm up before starting the Tabata intervals
