Tabata Cardio Barbell

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each of the following:
    • Barbell Thrusters
    • Burpees

Barbell: 95/65 lbs


Instructions: Perform as many reps as possible of Barbell Thrusters in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Followed by Burpees for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for 8 rounds total.


Notes: This workout will challenge both your strength and cardio endurance. Push yourself to maintain a high intensity throughout each round.
