Tabata Cardio Dumbbell

  • Dumbbell Thrusters
  • Dumbbell Renegade Rows
  • Dumbbell Burpees
  • Dumbbell Russian Twists

Equipment: Dumbbell


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes) before moving on to the next movement. Rest 1 minute between movements. Repeat the Tabata sequence for each movement.


Notes: Choose a challenging weight for the dumbbell that allows you to maintain good form throughout the entire workout. Focus on maintaining a fast pace and intensity throughout each Tabata round.
