  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort Wall Balls, 10 seconds rest
  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort Burpees, 10 seconds rest

Instructions:
Complete each Tabata round alternating between Wall Balls and Burpees, totaling 16 rounds in all. Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout each 20-second work interval. Rest for 1 minute between the Wall Ball and Burpee Tabatas.
